*The official Bayshore finish time is the 'gun' time for overall awards and prize money. ‘Chip’ time will be used for age group awards and will be sent to the Boston Athletic Association for marathon participants when available. Results will have splits along the course that will be reporting times throughout the event.

Participant Tracking
RaceJoy Live Phone Tracking and Cheer Sending
Use the RaceJoy app for advanced tracking of participants and show your support with cheer sending. Participants set up for tracking in RaceJoy and carry their phone as they complete the course. Spectators track participants’ actual location in a map view and can send audio cheers. GPS-based progress alerts are typically issued at every mile along the course. Participants need to opt-in for spectators to track them in RaceJoy.
Race-Timed Split & Finish Alerts
Receive text or email alerts as participants cross timing equipment along the course. Tracking alerts are based upon the participant’s bib/chip and participants do not need to carry their phone. The number of alerts varies per course. If you would like to have your live finish result and splits sent by text to you or family and friends, follow these steps:
Visit the Participant Tracking page
Enter the participants First and Last name.
Click on Results Notification.
Enter the phone number and or email address that you want live results sent to.

Marathon: Roughly Miles 3.3, 7.1, 13.1, 19, & 22.7
Half Marathon: Roughly Miles 6.2 & 10
10K: Mile 3.05 (Almost halfway)

Age Group Awards
Age group awards will be awarded to the top 3 finishers* in all age groups for the 10K, Half Marathon & Full Marathon (14 & Under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85-89, 90 & Up). Medals can be picked up after your event at the awards and information tent outside the finish area.
*The top two overall & masters finishers (prize money recipients) in the 10K, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon will be removed from their age group and promoted to the overall or masters category.
*Pacers are not eligible for age group awards, but will be included in the overall results.
Finish Medals
Finish medals will be awarded at the finish line for all 10K, Half Marathon, and Full Marathon finishers. A preview can be viewed on each event page.
Prize Money
Prize money recipients will be contacted to verify address and fill out a W-9, if applicable. Prize money checks will be mailed within 7 days to the verified address.
3rd place prizes will be mailed within 7 days.
Masters winners that also qualify for an overall award will receive both prizes. Example: A 45 year-old female who is the masters winner AND overall winner AND breaks the course record in the full marathon would receive $2000 ($1000 + $500 + $500). This happened in 2022.
